Attention XOOM Energy Alberta Customers:
As of November 15, 2024, the union representing Canada Post workers has initiated a strike and that will affect the delivery of your monthly energy bills from XOOM Energy. For more information, please visit xoomenergy.ca/canada-post-strike

In observance of the US Thanksgiving Day Holiday, XOOM Energy’s Customer Care will be closed Thursday, November 28th. Normal business hours will resume at 8am ET on Friday, November 29th. Multi-Location Enrollment

 

Own multiple residences or a business with multiple locations? XOOM Energy has you covered! If you are looking to enroll 5 or more residential and/or small business locations, you can easily complete our Multi-Location Online Enrollment form and let us handle the enrollment process for you.

For multi-location enrollment for Texas customers, please be sure to use Texas market dropdown options for either residential or business customers. 

 

Examples of Multi-Location Accounts:

  • Commercial and Rental Property Management

  • Multiple Residencies

  • Franchises (hospitality, food service, etc)

  • Auto Dealerships

 

 

Things to remember when Submitting Multi-Location Enrollment Form

  • There must be a minimum of five accounts
  • All locations must be billed under one legal entity
  • Must be enrolling all locations on same product
